I run a dental practice in Trucksville just outside of Wilkes-Barre and that is where I do cosmetic dentistry. 

If you didn't know already, we have two types of dentistry that we consider the main ones. First, there is restorative dentistry, which is when we return your teeth to what they are supposed to be like so your teeth can feel, look and work as if nothing happened to them.

In essence, restorative courses of action takes place when your teeth have medical issues and cosmetic for looks.

But, in my opinion, you can argue that these labels are not entirely exact. Remember, many aspects of cosmetic dentistry can successfully provide restorative benefits as well. You may want to whiten your teeth, which everyone accepts as cosmetic treatment. It doesn't stop there, however. As we whiten the teeth, we also fit you out with straighter teeth by employing the Invisalign system, which makes it look practically real. You finish up with teeth that are straight, which boosts your smile and looks with the added advantage of having healthy teeth.

When we do veneers, we make them very thin so we can minimize how much natural teeth you lose during the process. We can modify many aspects of your teeth, like the color, length and shape of what you consider your natural teeth and you will be astonished at how much better we have made them even though there was no need to disturb your natural teeth.

Now, take this photo of Peter Frampton. It could be that you have no idea who he is, but there was an album Mr. Frampton came out with that helped him reach superstardom. The fact that 16 million people bought this album testifies to his popularity.

The year was 1976. At the time, it was difficult to go anywhere without hearing Peter Frampton and his distinctive voice with songs from Frampton Comes Alive.

Whatever anyone thinks about Frampton, I believe the singer has some good teeth and even though I have never been in his company or treated him, it is possible that he has had veneers done or they may be original teeth that he is flashing.

You all know that I have never done anything to Mr. Frampton's teeth, let alone {Wilkes-Barre dental veneers but we could. First, I would try and close up gaps in his teeth unless there was nothing to close up. If you imagine yourself in his place, all your front teeth would be made the same color, so it is all even and without contasts.

In any case, you don't have to be a famous rock star to have the chance to get a wonderful smile from our Wilkes-Barre / Trucksville dental veneers.

If you want veneers, you only need to make two visits. The first time you come, all we do is some preparation procedures. When you come again the veneers are completed.
