Wilkes-Barre dentist LMK-000176_jay_kay.jpg Any person can have a ball on the dance floor, even if you don't know how to dance. It's not relevant if your fancy whirl is less than perfect. When you're in the zone, you're in the zone. It's all just about your attitude.

And if anyone has attitude, it's Jay Kay, point man for Jamiroquai, the British acid jazz band. They got their name from Jam and the Iroquois Indians, who are famous for their pounding beats. Sample their disco, jazz, and pop rock musical works.

Go online and check out their Virtual Insanity video and the attitude will be the first thing you see. Jay Kay's moves almost look like tribal dance wrapped in some interpretative jazz.

Anyone and everyone can associate themselves with this music. Perhaps that's the cause of their having flourished in the music world for what seems like a long time.

Contemplating old age and endurance got me to thinking about the benefits of dancing. It has been shown to not only sustain bone intensity; it also delays death. The Japanese are a great example of this. Some of their women have died at age 120!

But can you dance with dentures clinking as you show your stuff? You're worried that when you party too hard they could take a dive and get smashed? or worse, embarrass you!

Lots of folks have probably chosen to get a set of dentures when they could have simply dealt with their troubles with dental veneers.

If your teeth are discolored or chipped — even if your teeth seem beyond repair — we can work with them. You don't have to keep wishing for a different set of teeth. As an alternative, check out Back Mountain Dental veneers. Walk through the door in my dental office in the Wilkes-Barre area and we'll improve your teeth so you can get your groove on without being concerned that you'll end up chasing your dentures all over the dance floor.
