Wilkes-Barre dentist ALO-001502_carrie_underwood.jpg Carrie Underwood is one of Hollywood's success stories, having graduated from the American Idol school of hard knocks. It seems that it was only a few years ago that she was considered one of the lesser lights. Now, she is an award-winning artist, having earned the recognition of the three major music institutions. And, incredibly, she packed all this success into a few short years. That would really give someone something to smile about.

Of course, Underwood has a nice smile. But if some of her teeth were discolored, then her willingness to smile may be diminished. What about facing Simon Cowell then? If you can't smile, how are you going sing in front of him? If you want to succeed, you simply must stand before Simon. And if you want him to like you, you have to deserve it. You have to be able to sing.

Back to teeth. Suppose Carrie had discolored teeth and had to attend all these award shows. I don't think that would be a good thing for any celebrity. We have the solution for that. It is called dental veneers and they are available in my Wilkes-Barre dental office. It only takes a couple of visits to us. After that, discoloration will be gone and you can flash your smile with abandon. The first visit is fairly simple. It is all about sizing up your teeth and getting them ready for attachment of the dental veneers.

I compare the procedure to painting your house. When painting, the first thing to do is sandpaper the existing uneven coating of paint first before it is ready to be painted for real. By preparing the wall, you know the paint can be applied evenly. With dental veneers, we use the same principle. The whole idea of preparing your teeth is that it helps us to make dental veneers that will fit. By following procedure, it can be done properly and you don't have to go back to the dentist to fix something which you should not have suffered.

Have a look at Carrie Underwood's smile. If you take a good look, you will see that she has very sharp incisors. It is almost as if she had fangs. Some people like their teeth like that. Carrie may also like it. But if she preferred fuller incisors, dental veneers could help her. The veneers would change the appearance of her teeth and help them look healthier and softer than they are now.

Back Mountain Dental veneers enable us to form your teeth exactly to your specifications. You have all the control. Simply inform us about how you want your teeth done in terms of size, texture, color and shape. Once we know what you want, we will whip our lab team into action. Once the veneers are on, you will see the gaps in your teeth close. If you have not been taking proper care of your teeth, they are revitalized like never before. We have much to be thankful when it comes to dental veneers. For those who want to have their teeth straightened, they can also benefit. There is no discomfort. You won't experience the agony of inflexible and rigid braces, which you can't take off for more than a year.  Come check out my Wilkes-Barre area dental office.
