Back Mountain Dental / James C. DeFinnis D.M.D. -Work Problems? Just a Whistle & Porcelain Veneers
(I will never share your email or name with anyone)
Lots of folks associate whistling with a pleasant disposition. And why shouldn't we? It alleviates pressures because whistling makes us exhale. When we breathe out, we get rid of all the bad stuff. When we breathe in, we open the door to good things. It helps us feel as good as we do when we have exercised, because it is a simple form of exercise. Read to the end and you'll get the picture.
Hyperacidity Therapy
Whistling causes us to breathe out. Exhaling is helpful for anyone who has hyperacidity. When they breathe in, the oxygen unites with their stomach acid, generating carbon dioxide and water. And exhalation gets rid of the carbon dioxide. This eases discomfort more quickly than if we tried to sit very still, trying in vain to curb the pain.
Respiratory Therapy
Even the folks who have bad lungs find that exhalation through whistling is important. It helps them keep their breathing muscles fit without pulling on them too much. Having uncalled for stress on the lungs isn't worth it. They should only do certain exercises.
Muscle Coordination Therapy
Whistling is great for helping children, even special needs children, develop their motor skills Your mouth parts need to be positioned properly. That's not even counting the timing: having everything in place is pointless if you don't know when to exhale. In addition, it also enhances their creative capability, in a musical sense. You need the right rhythm and tempo to reproduce your favorite song or to compose your own tune even.
Anti-Obnoxious Coworker Effect
Can't stand your cubicle mate? Why don't you try whistling? You'll bless a lot of people, believe you me. But it's best to have the approval from a few of your other workers. That way you'll ensure that the whistling doesn't put you in hot water.
For you to whistle, you need to have your teeth lined up in the right way with a u-shape tongue inbetween as you blow out through circled lips. You can't whistle properly if you have damaged teeth. Set up an appointment with me if you do. We'll put in a couple of my Back Mountain Dental porcelain veneers in my Wilkes-barre area office. Tooth therapy for your whistle stress therapy. Until next time!
